Volunteer Your Time

Want to be part of the magic? We’d love your help!

Volunteers make this event possible — from helping kids with activities to assisting families, setting up stations, and ensuring every child feels seen and celebrated.

Volunteer Roles May Include:

  • Activity station helpers

  • Registration and welcome team

  • Accessibility support (SPED experience welcome)

  • Setup and cleanup crew

  • Crown Ceremony assistants

All volunteers receive training, a T-shirt, and lots of smiles from our young kings and queens!


Become a Vendor or Community Partner

Are you a local business, artist, or community organization that would like to participate?
We’d love to feature you at The Crown Within!

Ways to Partner:

  • Provide a hands-on station or craft activity

  • Offer giveaways or samples for families

  • Host a learning experience (hair care, self-care, mindfulness, etc.)

  • Donate event space, materials, or decor

Not every donation has to be financial!
